After completing the minimum entrance requirements for IMPART’s Certification Programs, please complete the Application Form provided below.
- Your completed Application Form may be submitted using any of the following methods:
- Hand-deliver to Anne
- Scan and email to Anne at Bernie@AnneReith.com
- Mail to the following address: 1439 W. Chapman Avenue, #187, Orange, CA 92868
- Your application will not be processed unless you select at least 1 Professional Specialty (i.e., Healer, Psychic, Medium).
- Your application will not be processed until your Registration Fee is received. Registration Fees are currently $150 for 1 Professional Specialty, $250 for 2 Professional Specialties, and $300 for 3 Professional Specialties. You may pay your Registration Fee using any of the following methods:
- Hand-deliver to Anne (cash, check, money order)
- Credit card payment (e.g., contact Anne’s assistant Bernie to make arrangement – Bernie@AnneReith.com)
Once your Registration Fee has been received, your Application Form will be reviewed and you will be informed regarding the status of your acceptance into the Certification Program and Professional Specialty(ies) of your choice. If you are not admitted, then your Registration Fee will be returned to you in full.
