certification programs for (a) Professional Psychics and
(b) Professional Healers.
Are
you ready to . . .
- Be inspired and empowered to attain
your heart`s desires in a safe and compassionate
environment
- Participate in a transformational
learning journey with a master teacher who is passionate
about teaching and has over 30 years of teaching
experience
- Increase your ability to access
Divine Wisdom and/or Divine Energy on a daily basis
which provides you compelling clarity in every area of
your life
- Clarify your life`s work/mission,
which will lead to feeling an increased sense of joy,
excitement, and a deep sense of peace and satisfaction
with your life

guidance so you can enhance your connection to yourself
and the Divine . . . or perhaps even work as a
professional psychic, medium, healer, or spiritual
teacher
BENEFITS
OF CERTIFICATION
Although many students may seek
certification for personal growth, a certificate from
IMPART has added benefits for those wishing to work
professionally in their field of specialty.
By successfully completing the requirements of a
certification program, the student will . . .
- Attract more clients and gain the
respect of colleagues because they know that you have
received your training and certification from one of the
mostly highly respected metaphysical and healing arts
teachers in the Southern California area.
- Be able to list your certification
on all advertising (e.g., business cards or websites can
state IMPART Certified Psychic or IMPART Certified
Healer).
- Have the assurance that individuals
or organizations can contact IMPART to verify completion
of your certification.
- Build your professional practice by
being included on Anne`s website as an authorized
referral source in your specialty area. Prospective clients
will be guided to this site with Anne`s personal
recommendation from the many clients seeking readings or
healings from her (which she rarely provides on an
individual basis at this time).
Keep in mind that one client referral could lead
to thousands of dollars of work with that client and/or
those the client refers to you.
I
invite you to begin your amazing journey of learning,
discovery, and transformation.
Make a profound difference in the lives of
everyone you touch!
Blessings, Anne
P.S. In
the future, IMPART will also be offering (a)
Certification as a Professional Medium and (b)
Certification as a Professional Astrologer.
Stay tuned!

POLICIES
& PROCEDURES
Registration Process
In
order to enroll in one of IMPART`s Certification Programs, you
must . . .
1.
Complete the Registration Form.
2.
Pay
your 1-time Registration Fee
a.
$150 for 1 certification program
b.
$250 for 2 certification
programs
Once you are officially registered .
. .
1.
You
will receive an official IMPART notebook.
You are encouraged to use this notebook to store
all handouts received during your coursework (see later
discussion). Additionally, this
notebook will include . . .
a.
A
copy of your Registration Form, which will indicate your
Registration Fee that has been paid and the amount due
at the time of Certification.
b.
A
blank Authorization Form, which will be used to keep
track of completed coursework and requirements
c.
A
list of program requirements as of the date you have
registered.
d.
A
copy of IMPART`s Policies and Procedures
e.
A
copy of IMPART`s Code of Ethics
2.
You
will lock in the course requirements as of the date of
payment. If changes are made to
the program after this date (e.g., more hours or
different coursework is required), then you have the
option to continue under your current program or adopt
the new program requirements.
Coursework
All coursework used to meet
certification requirements must be taken with teachers
authorized by IMPART.
Courses designated with an asterisk
(*) can be completed in-person or through home-study
courses (which are currently being designed).
Home-study courses will include a required
open-book quiz that will need to be completed and
submitted before credit will be granted.
Courses may count toward more than
one certificate (e.g., the Business 101 course can be
counted toward both Certification as a
Professional Psychic and Certification as a
Professional Healer).
After a course or workshop has been
taken once, it can be retaken for FREE at anytime (i.e.,
audited). However, the hours for
an audited course or workshop cannot be counted twice
toward a certificate. (NOTE:
You cannot audit courses that are offered through
the Learning Light Foundation or the Tuesday evening
classes.)
Some courses will be offered
regularly (e.g., Tuesday & Thursday evenings).
All other coursework will be offered as often as
is possible. However, because the
scheduling of certain classes and workshops may be
limited, students are strongly encouraged to take
workshops as soon as they are offered because the
frequency of offerings cannot be guaranteed.
Certification courses through IMPART
are occasionally used in certification programs by other
agencies (e.g., Learning Light Foundation in Anaheim,
CA).
These can be counted for both certification
programs. However, courses
approved for other certification programs cannot be used to meet the
certification programs through IMPART.
If
a course that is part of your curriculum is not being
offered, an alternative course will be determined in
consultation with IMPART faculty members.
Prices for workshops and courses are
subject to change without notice.
Feedback Forms
After completing the majority of
your coursework, you are expected to provide 3 sessions
to clients who are willing to complete a Feedback
Form. Although not
mandatory, it is strongly recommended that you find
clients who are neither family nor friends.
IMPART can find clients for you, if needed.
The
top of each Feedback Form is to be completed by you
(your name/date of session).
You
can either (a) have the client complete the Feedback
Form immediately and then you can provide IMPART with a
copy of the form or (b) you can provide the client with
an envelope addressed to IMPART (with a stamp) and then
IMPART will provide you with a copy of the completed
Feedback Form when it is received.
Copies of all three Feedback Forms
must be received by IMPART before your certification
will be finalized.
NOTE: The
Feedback Forms should NOT be given to clients at the
Learning Light Foundation`s Reader`s Studio or Healer`s
Studio. These clients pay the
Learning Light for their sessions with you, and the
Learning Light may not approve of you asking their
clients to complete forms for a certification program
that is not their own.
Progress Report
In
order to monitor your progress and provide more
personalized attention and assistance, after
approximately 50% of your coursework is completed, you
are to schedule a private, one-on-one appointment with
Anne (by phone or in person).
You will pay only 50% of Anne`s customary fee for
this appointment, and the meeting is to be for a minimum
of 30 minutes. During the appointment
. . .
-
You are to provide Anne with a
15-minute session in your chosen specialty, such as
healing, psychic reading (with or without tools),
mediumship, channeling, automatic writing, spiritual
art, pendulum work, muscle testing,
etc.
-
You will receive feedback from
Anne regarding your session.
-
The two of you will discuss your
progress in the certification program, your insights
regarding how you connect with Spirit and possible
specialty(ies), your goals, and how Anne can assist
you during the remainder of your program.
Certification Completion
Interview
After completing the majority of
your coursework, you are to schedule a private,
one-on-one appointment with Anne (by phone or in
person). You will pay only 50%
of Anne`s customary fee for this appointment, and the
meeting is to be for a minimum of 60 minutes.
During the appointment . . .
-
You are to provide Anne with a
30-minute session in your chosen specialty, such as
healing, psychic reading (with or without tools),
mediumship, channeling, automatic writing, spiritual
art, pendulum work, muscle testing,
etc.
-
You will receive feedback from
Anne regarding your session.
-
OPTIONAL:
If you would like to be included on Anne`s
website as an official authorized practitioner, then
you are to provide Anne with a written description of
your work (in person or sent by email) that will be
used to advertise your services on her website.
Anne will review this with you during your
session and, if necessary, possibly suggest
changes. This description
should be limited to 3-5 sentences and written in the
3rd person (i.e.,
``she`` or ``he``). It should also
include basic information, including location, email
and/or website, contact phone number, and fees.
The two of you will discuss your
accomplishments within the certification program and
your future goals.
Certification Fee
Once all requirements have been met,
you will . . .
1.
Submit a copy of your completed
Authorization Form.
2.
Pay
your Registration Fee of
a.
$200 for 1 program
b.
$300 for 2 programs
3.
Receive your certification of
completion from IMPART.
4.
OPTIONAL:
Your referral information will be added to Anne`s
website, if you desire to be listed.
You will be added to the website as soon as you
provide (a) your approved description of your services,
including fees, location, and contact info and (b) a
professionally taken head shot that will be included
with your description on the website.
Renewal Fee
If
you elect to be added to Anne`s website as an authorized
referral, there will be a $50 renewal fee due every two
(2) years. At this time, we will
contact you to (a) confirm that you still would like to
be listed on the website and (b) update your contact
information, if needed. If we cannot contact
you for some reason, your listing will be removed;
however, your listing can be reinstated at any time
simply by paying your Renewal Fee in full.
Recordkeeping/Authorization Form
IMPART will keep copies of your
Registration Form and a copy of your completed
Authorization Form. IMPART will also
record when your certification is complete.
However, all other record keeping is the sole
responsibility of the student.
An Authorization Form will be provided to each
student, and Anne (or a designee) must sign off on each
course or requirement when it is completed.
Students are encouraged to be very
careful in the care of their Authorization Form.
If it is lost, it will be the students
responsibility to provide IMPART with either (a) copies
of handouts from each course that was completed or (b) a brief oral or written
summary of the contents of each course that exceeds the
descriptions provided in written or electronic form
(e.g., such as information provided on Anne`s
website).
Grandfather Clause
Many students will begin taking
courses from Anne or IMPART certified teachers before
they decide to enroll in a certification program.
These previously completed courses can certainly
be applied to a certification program.
For these students . . .
1)
The
specific requirements of your certification program will
begin on the date that you complete the Registration
Process (see previous description).
2)
All
previously completed coursework must either be proven by:
a)
Showing handouts from the course
OR
b)
Provide a brief oral or written
summary of the contents of each course that exceeds the
descriptions provided in written or electronic form
(e.g., such as information provided on Anne`s
website).
OR
c)
Anne`s approval (i.e., we will
discuss)
Miscellaneous
There is no time limit to completing
the chosen certification program.
The student can complete coursework as quickly or
as slowly as s/he chooses.
The
Certification Program for
Professional Healers has an age limit of 18 years or
older because the program requires that the student
become a Reiki Master or Karuna
Reiki
Master, which is only taught to those
over the age of 18 years.
All
students and faculty must agree to follow IMPART`s
Code of Ethics.
Although students may feel they are
making progress toward the completion of the required
number of hours of coursework, other non-tangible
requirements are also being assessed by the faculty of
IMPART (e.g., adherence to Ethical Standards, progress
in skills). If a student does not
meet these non-tangible requirements, they will be told
this and provided with opportunities for
improvement. If improvement is not
noted, then IMPART has the right, at any time, to
discontinue the certification process.
If this happens, then 50% of the student’s
initial Registration Fee will be refunded.
Tuition for all completed coursework will be
non-refundable.
Once your certification is completed
and if you elect to be added to the authorized referral
list on Anne`s website, you will remain on this website
for the duration of its existence.
However, IMPART has the right to remove the
practitioner from the site if they are found to be in
violation of IMPART`s Code of
Ethics.

CODE OF ETHICS
Ethics is a system of moral
principles or rules of conduct or practice that are
recognized by a particular culture or group.
An ethical act is one where we refrain from
causing harm to others and, instead, act for the
betterment of others. The motivation for
ethical acts is based on caring for others rather than
self-interest.
A code of ethics is a summary
statement of the standards by which a group agrees to
conduct their practices and is a declaration of the
general principles of acceptable, ethical, professional
behavior.
IMPART`s CODE OF ETHICS
As a student, certified
practitioner, and/or faculty member of IMPART, I agree
to abide by the Code of Ethics outlined below:
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS
1.
I will demonstrate commitment to
serving the best interests of my clients at all times
and to providing the highest quality of service to those
seeking my professional service.
2.
I acknowledge the confidential
nature of the professional relationship with my clients
and respect each client`s right to privacy.
3.
I shall strive to maintain clear and
honest communication with my clients, faculty members,
and colleagues.
4.
I refrain from engaging in any
sexual conduct or sexual activities involving my
clients.
5.
I accept responsibility to do no
harm to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual
well-being of myself, my clients, my students, and my
colleagues. This includes being
aware that personal issues may interfere with
professional effectiveness, and I agree to refrain from
any activities in which my personal problems are likely
to lead to inadequate performance or harm to a client,
colleague, or student.
6.
I strive to embrace the value of
compassion by being consciously aware of the impact of
my words and actions on others` wellbeing.
7.
I acknowledge, respect, and accept
diversity and believe that the world is one inclusive
community . I agree to celebrate
all races, nationalities, cultural backgrounds,
socio-economic groups, genders, sexuality orientations,
physical abilities, religious or spiritual belief
systems, and life experiences.
PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
8.
I am dedicated to providing services
within the scope of my training and, when necessary,
will refer clients to appropriate qualified health,
mental health, and/or spiritual professionals.
9.
I will be respectful of other
professionals and practitioners, and I will cooperate
with them in a professional and courteous manner.
10.
I will accurately represent my
competence, education, training, and experience.
11.
I conduct all business and
professional activities within the limits of the
law. I understand that this
includes, but is not limited to, being unable to
diagnose medical or psychological programs, prescribe
any medication (including supplements or
over-the-counter medications), or to recommend the
discontinuance of any of these, unless I am otherwise
licensed to do so.
12.
I shall strive to project a
professional image of myself, my business or place of
employment, and the profession in general.
NOTE: The Code of Ethics
described above is based on several sources, including
the ethical guidelines used by the American Massage
Therapy Association, the Associated Bodywork and Massage
Professionals, the Church of Religious Science, and the
American Psychological Association.
