Description: During psychic
readings, information is received in the form of
visual/auditory perception, body sensations,
emotions, or a sense of knowingness (i.e., claircognizance).
However, when channeling, you are actually allowing a
spiritual entity to enter
your body and use your vocal cords
to communicate with those on
the Earth plane. It is a gift and
feels wonderful! Anne often jokes, "Who needs drugs when
you can channel!" Entities that can be channeled include guides, angels,
archangels, ascended masters (e.g., Jesus, Buddha), groups
of entities (e.g., Abraham as channeled by Ester Hicks),
deceased loved ones, and even
entities from other worlds. Anne teaches methods
for channeling that leave you feeling completely
safe and in control at all times.
She will often channel messages from "The
Council" during her channeling classes, which is
the group of entities that guide her metaphysical work.
Workshop include a 4-page handout covering everything

Karuna is a Sanskrit word that
means "compassionate action."
Karuna Reiki
developed as a natural progression of Usui and
Tibetan Reiki and is considered to be a "higher
vibrational form of Reiki" that possesses
"multidimensional properties."
Those using Karuna Reiki report that the energy
being channeled feels "stronger" and "more
powerful." What Anne
has have frequently observed is that after taking
Karuna Reiki, many of her students discover or clarify
their "soul mission" during this lifetime.
They begin to make new decisions that are
congruent with their life mission, and new and amazing
pathways open up for them.
It is a transformational experience that she
strongly recommends. Karuna Reiki is divided into three levels:
(1) Karuna Reiki I Practitioner, (2) Karuna Reiki
II Practitioner, and (3) Karuna Reiki I & II
Master. The
prerequisite for the Karuna Reiki I Practitioner course is Reiki
III/Advanced Reiki Training (ART).
Therefore, you DO NOT have to be a
Reiki Master before enrolling in the Karuna Reiki I
Practitioner course. The Karuna Reiki I
& II Practitioner courses are designed for those who
want to be able to access the higher vibrational energy
of Karuna Reiki but are not sure they will ever want to
teach Reiki or Karuna Reiki to others.
However, if you want to become a Karuna Reiki I
& II Master, you will first need to become a Reiki

Reiki Training (ICRT). You will also
receive a certificate of completion and will
be eligible to become officially certified as
a Karuna Reiki II Practitioner through

The
Myers-Briggs is a well-known personality test that
provides you with insights into how you make
decisions, what lifestyle you prefer, how you get
your energy, how you gather information, and much,
much more. This is a wonderful test to take
because there are no right or wrong answers. Each
"MBTI Type" has its own sets of inherent
strengths. It is a wonderful tool for
non-judgmentally understanding yourself, your
friends, significant others, and work colleagues.
So bring those you know because we will talk about
how the different "types" can best work together.
We will also touch on how your MBTI Type can help
you determine what careers or relationships you
might enjoy. This is usually a 2-part workshop,
although it can be done in one part:

Introduction: Anyone can learn Reiki
and benefit from its use. It is an energetic healing
technique in which you serve as a conduit or channel for
the "Universal Life Energy" (AKA: chi, life force, God,
Spirit), which flows through you and into the person
receiving a healing. It is a simple and yet profound
healing technique that can be used either "hands-on" or
"hands-off."
As with many Eastern healing
modalities (e.g., acupuncture, acupressure), the goal
with Reiki is energy balance, which often leads to
improvements in health, increased relaxation, and
improved well-being. Although many books currently
contain pictures of the symbols used during Reiki
treatments, you must be "attuned" by a Reiki Master
before you can gain access to the "Universal Life
Energy" that is used during healing sessions.

Anne recommends that her
psychic development students take Reiki because it tends
to "jump start" psychic skills. The reason for
