Have you been seeing 11:11 (or 111, 1:11, or 1111)?
Over the past few years, people in the metaphysical community have reported seeing these numbers with increasing frequency. The mysterious appearance of these numbers seems to coincide with times of heightened psychic or spiritual awareness.

What does 111, 1:11, 1111, and 11:11 mean?
There are actually quite a few theories about the meaning of these number sequences. Here are some of the more common ones:
- Some people believe that these number (and especially 11:11) is a “pre-encoded trigger” that was placed in the cellular memory of Lightworkers before we incarnated into our present lifetime. There are several ideas regarding what is “triggered” within us:
- A remembrance that we are souls having a physical experience and not a physical being embarking on a spiritual experience.
- An awakening of long-forgotten psychic skills, healing abilities, and/or metaphysical knowledge.
- An opening of the channel or gateway between our current dimension and other dimensions that (a) facilitates our communication with entities not present in this dimension and (b) allows us access to information contained in other dimensions (e.g., Akashic Records).
- A signal that it is time in humanity’s history for us to let go of the misperception of duality and move toward a philosophical understanding of oneness. When looked at in this way, these numbers are sometimes symbolically interpreted as 3 or 4 figures forming one value or one image. But these figures do not touch, so they are seen as together and yet separate.
- Others believe that seeing these numbers provide a powerful confirmation that the person is on the right track spiritually. When you see one of these numbers, it is recommended that you pause and think about what you are doing or what you are thinking about at that specific moment. Then, you are encouraged to acknowledge that Spirit is wanting you to understand that whatever you are doing or thinking about is aligned with your Divine purpose.
- From a numerological perspective, the number 11 is a “master number” that represents psychic/intuitive awareness, vision, artistic ability, inventive genius, and idealism. The numbers 111 and 1111 or the times 1:11 or 11:11 are seen as a higher vibrational form of the master number 11.
Which theory is right?

- You may find that one or more of these theories “rings true” for you.
- Due to differing life scripts and soul experiences, what is “right” for one person may not be “right” for someone else.
- Therefore, there isn’t one “right” answer. There’s only the “right” answer(s) for you.
