An Evening of Guided Meditations
Instructor: Anne Reith, Ph.D.
Do you struggle with meditating?
Back in the 1970’s, Anne took Transcendental Meditation and ended up being a “meditation drop-out.” Even back then, she intuitively knew that meditating was important. She just could not figure out how to make it work for her.
When Anne entered the metaphysical field in 2002, she began to learn more and more about meditation, which is when things “clicked.” She learned there are many different forms of meditation, and she now firmly believes that the “trick” to becoming a “good” meditator is finding a meditation practice that matches who you are. But that’s not all . . . you then have to allow your meditation practice to evolve as you evolve.
Come learn important information about meditation, including the many options available to you. During the class, Anne will take you on a series of guided meditations with many different goals (e.g., enhancing spiritual connection, healing of the body/mind/spirit). Time will be available for questions.
